Customer Support Executive – Assurance Process (Banking)
Location: Vashi (2-minute walk from Vashi Railway Station)
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Assurance Process. This is a semi-voice process involving both customer calls and email support.
- Eligibility HSC with six months experience or Graduate freshers
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with domestic customer service experience are also welcome
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- SalaryCTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month
- Fixed Incentives : ₹13,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Approximate monthly earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 (+13,000 Incentives)
- Shift - Rotational Night Shifts
- Cab facility available during odd working hours
