Role & responsibilities Outbound sales
Preferred candidate profile
- Outbound voice process with cross selling
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply. Undergrad 10 openings available
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
