Job Summary :

JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments for effective issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities

Ā·       Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.

Ā·       Respond to customer queries related to projects, bookings, documentation, and services.

Ā·       Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.

Ā·       Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Ā·       Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Ā·       Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority whenever required.

Ā·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Ā·       Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.

Ā·       Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ā·       Adhere to company policies and service standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Ā·       Graduate in any discipline.

Ā·       1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / CRM / Client Relations preferred.

Ā·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ā·       Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ā·       Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ā·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
