Job Role:-

• Handling customer queries related to banking services through calls and chat support.
• Eligibility Criteria:- Graduation is mandatory
• Only Experience apply
• Experience: 1 year and above
• Work from office

Key Responsibilities:-

• Resolve customer banking service queries effectively
• Provide support via calls and chat
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper communication and issue handling
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Salary Upto ₹28,000 in-hand salary (Up to ₹32,000 CTC)
• Package up to 3.7 LPA based on skills and interview performance
• Post training: 24×7 rotational shifts
• Working Days 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational week-offs
