Job Description:
Hiring Customer Service Executives for an inbound voice process in the banking domain. The role involves handling credit card-related customer queries and providing service support.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate only
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service (Voice/BPO process mandatory)
- Experience must be in voice process
- Good communication skills (Versant Level 5)
- Minimum CIBIL score of 650
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
- Rotational week off
Salary:
- ₹32,500 CTC
- ₹28,000 in-hand
