Location: Turbhe (Juinagar), Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Hiring Customer Service Executives for an inbound voice process in the banking domain. The role involves handling credit card-related customer queries and providing service support.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate only
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service (Voice/BPO process mandatory)
  • Experience must be in voice process
  • Good communication skills (Versant Level 5)
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 650

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts
  • Rotational week off

Salary:

  • ₹32,500 CTC
  • ₹28,000 in-hand
