Job Description
Job Summary:
Handle inbound and outbound domestic and international customer calls, resolve queries related to products and services, and provide accurate information with professional communication. Ensure high customer satisfaction, follow international compliance and quality standards, and maintain accurate CRM updates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle medical billing process (Claims settlement – voice + backend)
- Work on AR (Accounts Receivable) follow-ups with insurance companies
- Make/receive calls to resolve claim-related issues
- Analyze denied or pending claims and take action
- Ensure timely payment collection and claim closure
- Maintain accurate records and update systems
- Follow compliance and quality standards
