Job Description:

About the Role - Ensuring the smooth delivery of our placement-focused training programs across partner colleges. You will work closely with internal teams, industry mentors to deliver a high-quality experience to students.

Responsibilities -

  • You will play a pivotal role in executing Placement Training programs at esteemed institutions like IIM Calcutta, XLRI, IIM Udaipur, IMT Group, IMI Group, GIM and other MBA colleges.
  • Coordinate training sessions by acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication. A major part of this involves calling industry mentors to map suitable time slots based on college availability and mentor expertise..
  • Responsibilities revolve around ensuring the smooth operation of these programs, with a keen focus on client satisfaction, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, driving student success and solving all escalated issues.
  • Coordinating with team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules and to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience.
  • Ensuring operational excellence. This involves optimizing resource allocation, planning and coordinating with industry experts (including senior professionals) and maintaining smooth conduct of the overall operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment on timelines, session quality, and overall delivery standards.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities -

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
