Job Description
Process: Customer Service Executive – Loan Process
Job Summary:
Piramal is hiring HSC and Graduate freshers as well as experienced candidates for Customer Service and Cross-Selling of loan products (all types of loans).
Avg / Good Communication Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer service calls related to loan products.
Cross-sell various loan products to existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Eligibility:
HSC or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Shift Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sunday Fixed Off
Salary: Freshers - 20250 CTC and 16000 in-hand + incentives
Experience - 21250 CTC and 17000 in-hand + incentives
V4 - freshers -25000ctc/21000 in-hand.
Experience - 28500ctc
24000 in-hand .
