Vertical: RTS (Retail Telesales)

🔹 Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Average communication skills in Hindi & English
✔ Good thought process & sales skills
✔ Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage
✔ Graduates & HSC passed candidates can apply
✔ Fresher’s are most welcome 🎉
💼 Job Responsibilities:
📞 Handle digital & outbound sales calls
💬 Interact with customers and understand their requirements
🛡️ Explain insurance products clearly and confidently
🎯 Convert leads into sales and earn unlimited incentives
🤝 Build positive customer relationships
Shift Timings & Week Offs:
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 6 Days Working
🔁 Week Off: Sunday fixed Week offs.
💰 SALARY PACKAGE:
Fresher’s: 16,000 (In-hand) I 19,000 ctc approx.
Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 (In-hand) | 23,000 ctc approx.
