Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business.
- Collect basic customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team and banking/NBFC partners.
- Maintain daily calling records and lead reports.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or financial services will be preferred.
