Job Description

  • We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Escalation Executive to handle escalated customer concerns over the phone, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns over phone calls.
  • Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with branch and internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex or critical cases to the Branch Manager or concerned department.
  • Ensure timely closure of customer escalations.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with management.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
