Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Juinagar
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries over calls and provide timely resolutions.
Responsibilities:
Attend inbound/outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and concerns
Provide accurate information and support.
Maintain call records and follow-up when required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
