Position: Customer Service Executive (Calling / Chat / Email Support)
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a professional and positive communication approach
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company protocols and service standards
