Customer Service Executive

Position: Customer Service Executive (Calling / Chat / Email Support)

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a professional and positive communication approach
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
