*Job Description* –* Retail Assets Customer Service / Foreclosure Process

 *Role* : Customer Service / Retail Assets Operations Executive

 *Department* : Retail Assets Sales (RAS) – Customer Service

Timing - 9:30. AM TO 6 PM

WEEK OFF - 2nd and 4th Saturday off along with the Sunday 

 *Job Responsibilities:* 

' Handle and process customer requests related to Foreclosure Statements for Unsecured Business Loans, including ALN, CVL, CE, BLN and MSME cases.

* Raise and manage CRM requests under the appropriate foreclosure & .

Coordinate with the Business Team regarding customer foreclosure/closure requests.

Initiate email! communication with the Business Unit for necessary customer follow-up.

* Coordinate with the Business Team to understand the customer's reason for loan closure and obtain the required business justification.

* Ensure the Business Team's comments and approval are received before proceeding with the request.

* Raise the foreclosure request for necessary approval along with the required business justification.

* After receiving approval from the Business Team, share the Foreclosure (FC) link with the customer on their registered email ID.

* Maintain proper records and ensure timely closure of CRM requests.

* Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer requests.

 *Key Skills* :

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Knowledge of CRM and email-based processes

* Basic understanding of retail assets / business loan processes

* Good MS Office and documentation skills

* Attention to detail and ability to follow process guidelines

* Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams  

* Customer-service-oriented approach
