Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers.
Explain Personal Loan/Credit Card products and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO Sales experience.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Immediate joiners preferred.
