Job Description
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install Windows OS, drivers, and required software.
Assemble and configure desktop PCs.
Upgrade RAM, SSD, HDD, and other computer components.
Handle laptop screen, keyboard, battery, and other hardware replacements.
Perform motherboard troubleshooting and basic repairs.
Provide customer support and technical assistance.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows installation and software configuration.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
