Position: Commis Chef 1/2/3


Department: Kitchen


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
  • Support the team during busy service hours.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen role.
  • Candidates with Hotel Management/Culinary qualifications preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
  • Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
