Collections Executive

Job Profile: (Collections Executive)

• Make Outbound calls to customers for loan collection through the system
• Explain loan repayment details with urgency and highlight credit impact
• Maintain customer VOCs in the system and capture calls dispositions
• Aim to generate maximum PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments with minimum call duration and positive interactions
• Handle All-bucket calling with a focus on soft collections
• Maintain strong communications skills while interacting with customers

Salary Details:

• Gujarati Fresher: ₹21,000/- in hand.
• Collection Gujarati Experienced: ₹24,000/- in hand

Shift Details:

• Day rotational shift (9 hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• 1 rotational Weekly-Off

Additional Information:

• Salary date: 1st of every month
• Salary will be calculated from Day 1 of joining
