Job Title: Collection Executive – SBI Dhruva Process

Job Description

We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the SBI Dhruva – X Bucket Collection Calling Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling collection-related calls, following up with customers regarding pending payments, and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to customers.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments.
• Negotiate and assist customers with payment resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Freshers can apply).
• Age: Up to 33 years.
• Good communication skills in:
• Hindi
• Marathi
• English
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 In-Hand
• Employment Type: NAPS
• Salary starts from Day One of joining.
• Salary Credit Date: 1st of every month.

Work Location

• Rabale, Navi Mumbai
• Office is walkable from Rabale Railway Station.

Shift Details

• Day Rotational Shift
• 9 Working Hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
