Job Description
Revenue & Admissions Growth • Drive revenue and enrollment targets for the centre. • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective conversations and follow-ups. • Plan and execute lead generation events (in-centre activities, community outreach). Operational Excellence • Oversee daily functioning of the centre to ensure smooth operations and high efficiency. • Ensure adherence to processes and KRAs while implementing new strategies when required. Academic Implementation & Parent Engagement • Ensure academic programs are delivered with excellence. Team Leadership & Retention • Build strong parent relationships - engage regularly, address concerns proactively. • Lead, motivate, and retain a team of teachers and staff. • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Business Development & Brand Building • Actively participate in marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to increase visibility. • Maximize revenue opportunities through creative and strategic initiatives.
