Job Description
Candidate responsible for converting qualified leads into successful property sales by conducting client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and negotiations. The role includes handling end-to-end sales closures, achieving monthly revenue targets, coordinating with sales, legal, accounts, and CRM teams, ensuring timely collections, verifying customer documentation, assisting clients through the booking and registration process, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, updating CRM records, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a smooth and professional transaction experience from initial inquiry to final registration and possession. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills with a proven track record in real estate sales and deal closures.
