Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join the sales team for Club Mahindra. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through customer engagement, presenting holiday membership plans, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets.



  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads through references, activities, events, and company-provided databases.
  • Explain Club Mahindra holiday membership products and vacation benefits to prospective customers.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations and sales meetings with clients.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership packages.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain sales pipeline records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate reports of daily activities, leads, and closures.
