Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Role    

Takuma Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote and sell Inverters and Batteries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting dealers and distributors, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Field Sales.

Experience in the inverter, battery, electrical, solar, or related industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field sales.

Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.

Promote and sell inverter and battery products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Submit daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
