About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Identify potential clients and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Present and sell our software and digital marketing services.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and onboarding teams for smooth client implementation.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SaaS, Software, Digital Marketing, or IT Services.
