About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and schedule product demonstrations.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present and sell our software and digital marketing services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and onboarding teams for smooth client implementation.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SaaS, Software, Digital Marketing, or IT Services.
