Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
About Mohini Store:
Mohini Store is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to acquire new customers and drive business growth through field sales.
Responsibilities:
• Visit potential customers and generate new business.
• Conduct cold calling and field visits.
• Meet business owners and explain products/services.
• Maintain daily meeting records and follow up with leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation and Negotiation.
• Bike and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
• Age: 22–35 years.
Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
• Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month.
