Job Description
Seller BDA (Business Development Associate)
NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Seller BDA for a field sales role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals and leases.
- Conduct property/site visits and accompany buyers.
- Explain property details and NoBroker services.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and update property information.
- Negotiate with buyers and sellers and assist in closing deals.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up with customers and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Update customer and property details in the NoBroker App/CRM.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience.
- Real Estate Sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and customer interactions.
Mandatory:
- 🏍️ Two-wheeler
- 🪪 Valid Driving Licence
- 📱 Smartphone
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Language: English + Regional Language
