Job Description
Job Role – Telesales Executive (Cross Sales)
We are hiring Telesales Executives for a cross-sales process at our Airoli location. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle outbound sales calls and promote products/services to existing customers
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Update customer details and call records accurately
Eligibility Criteria:-
- HSC passed or Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Job Details:-
- Process: Telesales Executive (Cross Sales)
- Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 in hand for freshers + incentives
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
