Job Description

We are seeking a Billing & Estimation Engineer with experience in RCC structures to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost control, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate quantities for concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork and other RCC works. 

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses. 

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor RA bills and final bills. 

• Maintain measurement sheets and billing records. 

• Review drawings and identify quantity variations and change orders. 

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants. 

• Visiting Sites 2-3 times a week.
