*Salary:* ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

## Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Back Office Staff to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

## Responsibilities

* Maintain company records and documents.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

* Update data in Excel and other company software.

* Handle emails and basic office communication.

* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and team members.

* Keep files and documents organized.

* Support the sales and accounts team with daily work.

* Perform other office-related tasks as assigned.

## Requirements

* Minimum 12th passed.

* Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Good typing speed and computer skills.

* Basic English communication (spoken and written).

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Honest, punctual, and responsible.
