Accounts Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle purchase reconciliation and ensure accuracy of purchase records.

· Perform ledger reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports and accounting-related reports.

· Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation and reporting.

· Assist with GST & TDS-related accounting activities.

· Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents.

· Ensure timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries.

· Support the Accounts & Finance team with regular reporting and documentation.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

· Hands-on experience in Purchase Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation.

· Good knowledge of MIS Reporting.

· Experience in Petty Cash Management & Reporting.

· Working knowledge of GST & TDS.

· Strong accounting and documentation skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
