Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content management, and be able to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and grow audience engagement

Optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic traffic

Create and manage email marketing campaigns

Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and report on key metrics

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers for campaigns and creatives

Handle paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with proper budgeting and ROI focus

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with training/certifications may apply)

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing

Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.

Basic understanding of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
