We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong Real Estate accounting exposure to join immediately.

🔎 Key Requirements

✅ Only candidates with Real Estate accounting experience

✅ Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

👨 Male candidates preferred

⏰ Immediate joiners preferred

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

📘 Handle end-to-end accounting for real estate projects

🏗️ Maintain project-wise accounts, cost tracking & expense monitoring

🧾 Manage GST, Income Tax & TDS related entries and compliance

📂 Handle Income Tax Scrutiny & respond to notices with proper documentation

💰 Maintain vendor payments & bank reconciliation

📊 Prepare monthly reports, MIS & Excel-based statements

🖥️ Work on Tally for day-to-day accounting entries

📁 Maintain proper documentation, agreements & financial records

🤝 Coordinate with auditors, consultants & management as required

💡 Skills Required

✔️ Strong knowledge of Taxation & Real Estate Accounting

✔️ Hands-on experience with Tally & MS Excel

✔️ Knowledge of Income Tax Scrutiny & Documentation

✔️ Good understanding of project-based accounting

🕒 Job Details

🕙 Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience & skills)
