Job Description
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Accounting Operations:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and verify financial transactions, including payroll and invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervision & Training:
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.
