Job Title: Accountant

Location: Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing, trading, or service industries.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
