Job Description
A Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote products/services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, or offers to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Any graduate
