Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Executive with 2–4 years of experience to provide product support for our real-time market data applications, trading terminals, and client integrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

The role involves handling customer issues through tickets, calls, remote sessions, emails, and chat support while coordinating with internal technical teams for timely resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, remote desktop, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Real-time stock market data
  • Trading terminals
  • Excel-based market data applications
  • Installation and configuration issues
  • Handle customer queries related to installation and activation
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined SLA timelines.
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Assist customers during onboarding and product setup.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in CRM/helpdesk systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support / Application Support / Product Support.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, networking basics, remote troubleshooting, and internet connectivity.
  • Knowledge of stock market/trading platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NSE/BSE/MCX market data products - Preferred
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
  • Exposure to CRM systems and customer support workflows.
