Senior Graphic Designer

Develop concepts, designs, and execute multimedia marketing and branding campaigns to enhance public awareness and promote programs internally and externally.

Study design briefs and determine project requirements.

Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

Conceptualize visuals based on business and client requirements.

Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas.

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software or by hand.

Select appropriate colors, layouts, and visual elements for each project.

Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs.

Test graphics across various media platforms.

Amend designs based on feedback and client requirements.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.

Create creative designs for print media, brochures, logos, social media, events, and other branding materials.

Perform video editing and motion graphics work.

Conceptualize, design, and execute advertising and marketing collateral from idea to completion.

Develop and implement corporate branding strategies, rollout plans, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with teams to create innovative branding and marketing campaigns for interactive audiences.

Mentor junior creative team members and ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Coordinate with photographers, conduct photo shoots, manage external vendors, and interact with clients to understand project goals and recommend creative solutions.
