Senior Civil Engineer

A Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing civil construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure works. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects.
• Supervise site activities and construction teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant construction/site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, estimation, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
