Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and installation team.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or interiors preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
