 Role Overview

 

candidate is dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for delivering a smooth and excellent guest experience over call. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads, with the primary goal of converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and strong relationship management.

 

 Key Responsibilities

 

* Handle all inbound leads from Instagram, website, portals, and ad campaigns — and convert them into confirmed bookings.

* Clearly communicate villa details, themes, pricing, availability, and amenities to prospective clients.

* Follow up diligently with all leads — warm, cold, and pipeline — via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Maintain and update a CRM database with lead status, call logs, and booking records.

* Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective customers from campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach.

* Achieve monthly and annual occupancy and revenue targets.

* Achieve weekly and monthly call volume, lead generation, and booking conversion targets.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 * Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Confident, polite, and professional phone manner with a positive attitude.

* Prior experience in hospitality sales, real estate tele-calling, or travel industry preferred.

* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

* Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and meet monthly goals.

* Basic knowledge of hospitality terminology is an advantage.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.

* Flexible to receive and handle calls during peak hours and evening shifts.

* Male candidates preferred.

* Soft-spoken with a clear and pleasant communication style.
