Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp.

* Prepare quotations and price offers.

* Follow up with customers on quotations and orders.

* Process purchase orders and update sales orders in ERP.

* Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and design teams.

* Maintain customer records, quotation registers, and sales reports.

* Update customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
