📋 Key Responsibilities📈 Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive store profitability and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor retail KPIs such as average bill value (ABV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Plan local promotions and sales initiatives.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.

👥 Team Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Conduct daily team briefings and motivate staff.
• Set individual sales goals and monitor performance.
• Handle staff discipline and provide performance feedback.

🤝 Customer Service

• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment.

🎨 Visual Merchandising

• Maintain product displays according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure attractive window displays and mannequin presentations.
• Coordinate seasonal launches, promotions, and sale displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.

📦 Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels and replenish fast-moving products.
• Conduct stock audits and cycle counts.
• Minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and stock losses.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply teams.
• Ensure accurate stock records in the POS system.

🏪 Store Operations & Compliance

• Manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
• Maintain company and statutory compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate maintenance of store fixtures and equipment.

📊 Reporting

• Submit daily sales and operational reports.
• Report stock shortages, damages, and customer feedback.
• Track target achievement and expense control.
• Provide regular updates to the Area/Regional Manager.

💰 Salary & Incentives₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

🎯 Incentive: ₹3,000 based on performance
