Relationship Manager-Vishwas-Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will be a key player in our Vishwas-Sales team, responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value clients. Your role is crucial in understanding client needs, offering customized financial products, and ensuring a seamless banking experience. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and drive sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Understand client financial goals and offer tailored solutions, including investment, lending, and banking products.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales growth.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and other teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and requests.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide periodic performance reports.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, lending, and banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
