Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales by identifying prospective clients, presenting residential or commercial properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves market research, lead generation, property site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of local property market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license may be preferred.
