Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end production for both Factory Made (FM) and Home Made (HM) products.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on business requirements.
- Lead and supervise production supervisors, team leaders, and a workforce of 50+ labourers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the committed timelines.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor raw material availability and reduce production wastage.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across FM and HM production.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle labour allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Train and develop supervisors and production staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and MIS reports for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
