Meet Patients and their attendants to ensure satisfaction with hospital services. Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organisations, and referral sources. Promote hospital services, health packages, and speciality departments. Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities. Visit corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs to generate business opportunities. Maintain records of referrals, Patient visits, and marketing activities. Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Support the hospital in achieving patient acquisition and revenue targets. Prepare daily and monthly activity reports for management.
