Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for production and staff positions.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations.

Manage employee induction, training, and performance appraisal processes.

Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.

Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and HR procedures.
