Role OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, driven Full Stack Developer with a heavy inclination toward backend engineering to join our technical team. You will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, developing server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

• Key Responsibilities
• Architect & Build: Design and deploy robust, scalable, and secure backend services and API integrations using Node.js.
• Data Management: Manage database schemas, write optimized queries, and handle data persistence using MongoDB.
• Performance Optimization: Implement caching strategies using Redis to optimize system performance and reduce latency.
• Event-Driven Systems: Design and manage event-driven architectures and message streaming using Apache Kafka.
• DevOps Integration: Own your deployment pipelines. Work with CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless, automated deployments.
• Full-Stack Alignment: Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic smoothly.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in constructive code reviews.
• What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development.
• Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Node.js and experience with MongoDB.
• Streaming & Caching: Practical, production-level knowledge of Apache Kafka (message queues/streams) and Redis (caching/data structures).
• DevOps Mindset: Good understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You don't just patch bugs; you root out the cause and engineer long-term fixes.
• Frontend Familiarity: Good knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to effectively manage full-stack delivery.
