Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused E-commerce Executive to handle daily order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communication. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage daily orders from website and marketplaces
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely shipping
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and track shipments
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or marketplace chats
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and replacements
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds process
- Update order status and maintain records in system/Excel
- Coordinate internally to resolve any delays or issues
