E-Commerce Executive

An Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing and improving an organization’s online sales channels. The role involves handling website operations, product listings, digital marketing coordination, customer experience, sales analysis, and order management to increase online revenue and brand visibility.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Monitor website performance, product availability, and user experience
• Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements
• Track sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns management
• Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve online order issues
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare ecommerce performance reports and recommend improvements

• Required Skills

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or related field
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or ecommerce are an advantage
• Experience Requirements1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, online sales, or digital marketing roles
